It combines individual cloud automation tasks, provisioning a server, configuring a network, deploying a container, and into coordinated end-to-end workflows that execute complex sequences of operations without manual intervention.
Where cloud automation handles individual tasks, cloud orchestration manages the relationships between tasks: sequencing them correctly, handling dependencies, responding to failures, and ensuring the combined result matches the desired system’s state.
